I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-certified therapist. I have worked with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including a lack of coping resources, complex trauma, physical health issues, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, life transitions, racism, and grief. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts. I hold a master's degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and have completed graduate degrees in Expressive Arts Therapy from San Diego University for Integrative Studies and Ecopsychology from Naropa University.
