Licensed to practice in Texas and accepts 45 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression and 8 more.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Texas. I received my master's in Social Work from Texas State University and am currently working on my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University. I have been practicing for a little over five years. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges and life transitions. With extensive experience in healthcare social work and community-based case management, I understand the complexities of coping with major life changes and strive to create a supportive and holistic healing space for my clients. I am in network with several insurance companies and also accept cash pay. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, therefore I also provide services on a sliding scale basis as needed.
Your first session with me is a safe, welcoming space where we begin to build a therapeutic relationship centered on trust, understanding, and support. I know that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. During our initial session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, begin to explore your personal history and any key experiences that shape your current challenges, and identify your goals for therapy. This session is not about rushing into solutions but about understanding where you are and what you need. Whether you're feeling uncertain, emotional, or even relieved to begin, know that all feelings are welcome here. My role is to guide, support, and help you find clarity as we take this journey together.
My adaptability and integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. My background in healthcare social work and community case management allows me to offer practical, solution-focused support while addressing the deeper emotional and contextual aspects of my client's challenges. Most importantly, I empower clients to find strength within themselves, develop emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I enjoy working with clients who may be navigating a significant life transition, relationship challenges, grief, loss, stress, or anxiety. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or uncertain about the future, but you also recognize the need for support, are eager to improve, and are open to exploring ways to regain balance and resilience.

Eclectic
In my practice, I take an eclectic treatment approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs. My experience with this approach has allowed me to integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered therapy to provide a holistic and adaptable treatment experience.

Christine has listened to my without judgement. She speaks with me like a person and makes me feel seen and heard. I am grateful to have someone who will be honest with me but also respect my triggers.
