Welcome to Noema Wellness! I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. I offer virtual appointments on evenings and weekends and in-person visits a couple of days per month in the Boca Raton, FL area. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other psychiatric issues. I have extensive experience in both psychiatry and emergency medicine, which has given me expertise in the treatment and evaluation of patients with medical and psychiatric co-existing conditions. I focus on evidence-based integrative treatments. These treatment modalities can involve lifestyle interventions, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. With my customized approach, my patients benefit from a well-integrated treatment plan that is both systematic and comprehensive. My clinical training and background have prepared me to treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Every person has a story that they don't always tell, and we don't always ask.
