Treatment methods

I have a passion for meeting people where they are and tailoring therapy to them.

Then attachment influences a lot of different approaches to life and relationships, and we can explore this more in session.

I am a Christian and attend church weekly. If you’d like A Christian influence we can talk about what that would look like.

We live through stories and our perspective of them tell us a lot about where we’re having processing them.

I became a counselor because of my own trauma and have nerd out about trauma and the effects of it in our daily life.
