What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the initial session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and tailor therapy to achieve your desired outcome. Using a faith-based, systemic lens and integrative approach which includes family systems theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and client-centered interventions, I create a supportive space to foster healing, growth, and change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked a diverse population of clients, I have the experience, insight, and skills to assist clients with identifying and unraveling the root cause of their issues.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families addressing an array of clinical issues: anxiety, family/relational issues, grief/loss, IPV/DV, PTSD, and trauma to mood disorders and life transitions. Also, as a military veteran, I draw on my experience and understanding when working with veterans and their families.
