I am an LPC-S with specialized training in trauma-focused care. My clinical work spans a wide spectrum of concerns including ADHD, emotional dysregulation, complex PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, chronic stress, and relational conflict. I work with clients ages 4 and up, providing structured therapeutic interventions that foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience—all within a secure and empathetic therapeutic relationship.
During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and discuss the challenges bringing you to therapy. From there, we’ll begin to shape a plan that supports your goals and guides our work together moving forward.
Over time, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals, which has helped me understand that everyone’s path through struggle and growth looks a little different. I aim to meet clients where they are and move forward together.
I work with clients as young as four and have experience across all age groups—including children, teens, and adults. My clients are often motivated to create change in their lives, even if they feel uncertain about the path ahead. I help guide them through that process with clarity and compassion.
