Discover a Path to Clarity: ADHD Support in North Carolina- Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck due to executive dysfunction? Do you suspect you may have ADHD? Let's connect! My approach to treatment is collaborative, forward-thinking, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can feel comfortable discussing your challenges. I provide support through telehealth or in-person visits at our Pittsboro office in the Chatham Wellness Collective. A Streamlined Approach to ADHD Care- Navigating the ADHD assessment and treatment process can be frustrating. Many individuals face delays, expensive testing fees, and additional requirements, such as a doctor’s note or EKG, just to receive care. Others are seen by telehealth only providers who can't prescribe stimulants and are misled that one has to try Wellbutrin or Strattera first. At our clinic, we prioritize efficiency and accessibility. We do not require psychological testing or a doctor’s note for adult ADHD, unless there’s uncertainty about the diagnosis or existing cardiac history that warrants an EKG. Being efficient doesn’t mean we are 'easy' to get stimulants from, it means we eliminate unnecessary obstacles to your care. We believe in low doses of medication and finding your perfect dose to balance attention with mood. Most of our ADHD patients are on low dosing. NOTE- DEA regulations in 2027 might require you to be seen in person once per year. Some pharmacies (most notably Walmart) now won't dispense ADHD medications unless you have been seen in person. Booking initial visits in person is best practice but we understand the convenience of telehealth. Just know we have a physical office and most pharmacies know our practice. Please do not see an out of state provider operating out of a 'virtual office'- that is trouble.
We specialize in function. What do you need to be the person you want to be? We will spend time setting reasonable expectations for prescribed psychiatric medications. I prescribe these medications with great caution- All these medications have side effects or some kind of price you pay for taking them. We will work to get you the right medicine at the right dose. If you have tried 4 antidepressants without feeling better, I'm not going to give you a 5th, I'm going to look in a different direction. Grow lets you book next day appointments. Please note that Appointments made within 24hrs are requests, not confirmations. New patients should book 2 days out. We want to be ready to see you, so IF you do not complete your intake a day before your appointment, it will be canceled.
We offer a welcoming and comfortable environment, personalized care, and convenient appointment scheduling to ensure that our patients receive the best possible experience. Bryan takes about as many people off or on lower doses of psychiatric medicines then he does start or increase them. As an example, were you put on a high dose of antidepressant during a difficult time and now just feel empty?
Treatment specialties- Specializing in ADHD Treatment for Adults, Especially Women. Many women experience missed diagnoses of ADHD, particularly during middle age when hormonal changes can trigger new challenges. If you feel like you’re losing control, you’re not alone—and I’m here to help. We are also good at reducing psychiatric medication load. Feeling empty on a high dose or multiples of medications? We are cautious and honest about psychiatric medications. Patients seem to love telehealth but we are here for you in person as well. Now with office visits available Mondays and Tuesdays (on request and agreement) in the Chatham Wellness Collective in downtown Pittsboro. Important Update Please be aware that starting in 2027, the DEA has signaled requiring a yearly in-person visit for all patients receiving controlled substance prescriptions. If you’re coming from outside Pittsboro, you may need to plan for this annual visit. As a small personalized clinic, we are not currently treating Bipolar I disorder, Schizophrenia, Behavioral, IDD, Hospital discharges, or active Substance abuse/ addiction at this time. We think Suboxone is a great medication but we do not do Substance abuse/addiction.

I really loved that he took the time to get to know me and my history before prescribing. My health truly felt like a collaborative effort between me and my provider, and that isn't something I've experienced historically.
