Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we will walk through your history of symptoms, medical history, family history and current stressors. We will talk about some possible routes to go in to manage symptoms, discuss risks/benefits, decide together on next steps and schedule when we should next meet to assess our current plan. We can meet for how long or how often is appropriate for best managing your symptoms.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider well-versed in a variety of treatment approaches, including medication, talk therapy, genetic testing and herbal remedies, I can help us create a unique, individualized treatment plan that helps us meet your goals while also respecting your preferences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work very well with adults who are struggling with managing their anxiety and mood symptoms. I use a holistic approach to treatment including medication, therapeutic modalities and alternative/complimentary methods and we can work together to tailor our treatment plan to your preferences.

She’s very warm, kind, and understanding. She was the first person who really listened to me when I talked about my symptoms and medicated them accordingly. I’ve been waiting years for someone to address my issue properly, and I’m so grateful to Marisa.

I selected her from a list of providers and she was truly a breath of fresh air. She is direct while remaining calm, warm, and open-minded and I instantly felt comfortable telling her everything I needed to. I look forward to our mental health journey together and believe she will be a major asset!
