Hi! I am Carol. Imagine a life in which your challenges - depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness - are no longer holding you back. Feeling worried, guilty, lost, or unsure of how to connect with others can feel uncomfortable and intimidating. When we worry, struggle to find meaning, or feel a lack of motivation and clarity, it can affect our mood, relationships, and overall experience. When your challenges are not holding you back, you can have deeper relationships, greater satisfaction with work & personal pursuits, and less worry about issues like finances, happiness, family, etc. We can work together in a safe an non-judgmental setting to identify what is influencing you, gain clarity on personal goals & values, and forge a path to the life you desire. You can find satisfaction, enjoyment, motivation and new possibilities. Reach out today and let's get started! I look forward to speaking with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will help you break unhealthy habits and improve your self acceptance and a sense of well being. I set clear and obtainable goals so that you know how to look at your issues and are able to solve them on your own after therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is working with individuals and families utilizing best evidence practices helping those that have anxiety, depression, bipolar, anger, mood disorders and autism.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My experience with CBT is to address distorted thoughts, feelings and emotions that may hinder your growth. By challenging these thoughts and learning new skills, you can expect to see progress in a short period of time.

Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

My experience with DBT is to use it for individuals experiencing intense emotional feelings. The aim is to help the person to understand and accept difficult feelings while learning skills to manage them and making it possible to make positive changes in their life.
