(she/her)
Hello my name is Kelley and thank you for visiting my site. I am a mature woman and became a therapist mid-life after the disease of addiction kill me, the way it did my sister and my parents. I attended graduate school to help client's to never go through the horror of what I went through. I also work with client's going through life's many transitions to support and guide you to happiness and peace.
We will focus on what brought you to treatment. Why here, why now. We will use narrative therapy to start to uncover what is causing your soul unrest. I am down to earth, very easy to talk to and I will do my best to make you feel comfortable.
I am a solution focused, reality therapist. I am direct yet compassionate. My job is to help you identify your goals and support and guide you to get from Point A to Point B.
I specialize in life transitions, which encompass empty nesters, failure to launch adult children, marriage, divorce, birth and death. Transitions shake the ground we walk on and we need to process it, surrender to it then move on in peace. I also specialize in addiction. I am 24 years sober and love my life in recovery. I am passionate about helping people move from despair to freedom. I work with client's suffering from alcohol, cannabis, prescription drugs including Adderall, Xanax, Opiates and many more. I will also work with gambling addicts. shopping addicts those who suffer from food chatter.
