As a mental health practitioner, one of my fundamental commitments to new clients is to provide them with a safe and supportive space where their thoughts, feelings, and experiences are genuinely heard and understood. I firmly believe that effective therapy begins with active listening, which involves not only hearing the words spoken but also grasping the underlying emotions and concerns. When clients share their stories with me, I take the time to truly listen, allowing them to express themselves without judgment or interruption. Beyond just listening, I am dedicated to collaboratively designing a treatment plan that aligns with each client’s unique mental health needs and goals. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to mental well-being. Every individual bring their own history, strengths, and challenges to the table. By involving clients in the process of choosing a treatment plan, I empower them to take an active role in their healing journey. This not only enhances their sense of agency but also ensures that the strategies and techniques we incorporate are genuinely suited to their preferences and circumstances.
My greatest strength is to allow patients to express their needs while I listen intently to them and formulate a treatment plan for the patient. The patient and I are a team in their mental health journey.
I work with Adult and Geriatric patients going through mental health challenges such as Anxiety, Depression and many other mental health disorders.
Integrative therapy where by I use an approach to treatment that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular problem. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, I hope to produce the most significant effects.
