My specialties include the treatment of relationship issues, substance use, anger management, anxiety and depression for adults. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely.
In your first session, I will look to understand not only your general background, but also what has been happening that you are seeking assistance. I will also help you to understand a combination of how i provide help and what you can expect, as a whole.

Family therapy involves how two or more people interrelate or communicate with each other. The therapist helps partners or family members better understand each other and help translate how each communicates to help them to be better understood and eliminate misunderstanding. I have providing this treatment for fifteen years.
