Do you lose it over the smallest things? Is it difficult to shut off your brain at night? Are you not smiling and laughing like you used to? I help individuals manage their anxiety and depression. Together we will use a Cognitive Therapy approach and a Strengths based approach to help identify and dispute your negative thought patterns and to help you find practical solutions for your concerns. Let therapy be a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings so you can genuinely smile again.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together we will do brief introductions and then try to cover what challenges you are facing. This will help us create a specific treatment plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is my ability to sense what others are thinking and feeling, show acceptance and be able to understand and identify with other's experiences. I enjoy working with adults with anxiety and depression and mood disorders.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I prefer to see adults who need assistance in remediating anxious and depressive symptoms, family stress, work stress and/or other stressors. I also assist individuals who would like to develop improved coping skills or techniques/strategies to lessen symptoms of anxiety or depression or mood disorders.

Jennifer has made it easy for me to feel comfortable and open up to her. She feels like a friend that does not have any attachments to anyone I know. She has great ways to help with many problems with my tourettes, anxiety and so much more. I am glad she is the one I chose as my therapist.
