Hello! I'm glad you're here. This is an important step in taking care of you! Maybe you're familiar with counseling, or maybe this is your first time. It's a brave step to take and means you want to dig deeper to a healthier place. My approach is holistic in nature, appreciating the interconnectedness of our minds, bodies, and spirit. I hope to create a supportive place for your to share your concerns and work towards your goals. We can explore tools such as breathwork that are tailored just for you.
In our first session I'll aim to learn more about you, your situation, and what goals you want to be working on. We'll also review limits of confidentiality and informed consent so you're fully aware of your rights as a client.
I have worked with clients in the field for many years in all kinds of settings--in the home, local clinics, hospitals. Most recently I've worked in managed care for mental health, and I'm excited to transition back to direct client care.

Integrative
With a background in art therapy, and experience in narrative, cognitive behavioral, and family systems, I aim to integrate approaches to best meet your needs. Foundationally, I am client-centered and value the quality of the connection in sessions to best support you in reaching your goals.
