Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Ohio. I received my Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University and have been practicing for 6 years. I enjoy helping people of all ages deal with and manage a variety of mental health issues and daily stressors to become the best version of themselves.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me gather a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
With CBT we will explore irrational thoughts. Learn how to manage and cope with the negative thought process.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Utilizing mindfulness to help increase awareness of issues. Through DBT learn emotional regulation to help control emotions.
