Hello! I am a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 17 years of work experience in multiple healthcare settings. I developed a passion for mental health during my years as an advanced practice clinician. As a result, I pursued further education and graduated with honors during both phases of graduate studies. I obtained my Master's of Science in Nursing from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ (now Rutger's University) and proceeded later to complete my post-master's certification in the psychiatric mental health NP program. I treat a range of mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In my practice, it is not only a mind thing but equally a heart thing. Compassion is at the heart of the care provided. Your comprehensive well-being and welfare are at the core of what I believe in. A paradigm that is not only theorized; a paradigm that is put into action.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in healthcare for 17 years, it is my compassion and ability to establish a rapport with my clients as well as utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each specific client needs to create a suitable treatment plan.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients who are poised to begin their mental health journey toward wellness.
