I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my MSW at Our Lady of the Lake University and chose this degree due to the diversity of trainings and education. This has afforded me numerous mental health modalities along with integrating physical health and diet. Everyone is different, and everyone will not respond to the same modality.

I like to get to know people. What they want to achieve, what they think works for them, and what supports they have available. Also I like to hear about hobbies and animals. So please tell me about your furry friends!

I am very empathetic. I have been through numerous experiences myself, and found ways that work for me to help with my own mental health. These might work for you and if you have things that work for you, I would love to hear about them.
