In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the initial sessions, I thoroughly assess your perspective to gain a deep understanding of your perception of the world and how you apply it to your relationships. This includes creating a comprehensive family map. In the subsequent sessions, we will meticulously map out your goals and the precise steps required to achieve them. As we delve into your experiences, we will collaboratively develop effective coping strategies to help you ground and regulate yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am deeply passionate about helping families and young adults( 19-24 years old) build and maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships with others. My area of specialization is working with families seeking to strengthen their bonds, particularly those dealing with the complexities of blended families and co-parenting. I understand that building a strong family unit can be challenging and emotional, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment for families and couples to work through their issues and improve their relationships. In addition to my work with families, I also provide support to young adults aged 19-24 years old who are navigating the challenges of early adulthood and building their own families. As a young adult, I am passionate about helping others in this age group establish their independence, build meaningful connections, and navigate the challenges of entering a new phase of life. Whether you are struggling to build a strong family unit, looking to improve your relationship with your partner, or seeking support as a young adult, I am here to help. With my expertise and empathic approach, I am confident we can work together to help you achieve your goals and build the fulfilling relationships you deserve.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I serve 2 populations: 1. Individuals aged 18 to 24, often referred to as transitional-aged youth, are in a critical phase of transitioning into adulthood. They benefit from guidance on making sound decisions as they navigate this stage of life. And in some cases, adults with symptoms of trauma and anxiety 2. Families in transition refer to situations where a family may be coming together as a blended family or facing challenges in staying united or separating. These families often seek amicable solutions to foster a sense of community among themselves.
