I bring a long history of supporting neurodivergent individuals, with specialized experience in autism and ADHD across the lifespan.
I enjoy focusing on building a relationship with you in order to fully understand who you are, where you want to go and to allow you time to understand who I am and begin to feel safe in discussing any difficulty you may be experiencing.
First session
Our first session will revolve around intake paperwork, while taking time to get to know each other a bit. I identify as a "casual" person, and strongly focus on relationship building between us in order for you to feel safe and heard.
Strengths
As a person-centered therapist, I find taking time to develop a relationship is of the utmost importance. From there, I tailor our sessions to meet you where you are with a focus on personal goals.
Ideal clients
My dream clients are ones that identify as neurodivergent, or have a loved one who is neurodivergent, as this community is one that is aligned with my skill set and life experiences. That being said, I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients as I believe diversity supports my growth which then can translate to the clients I work with.
