I have 25 years experience working with all different populations. The learning/ change process doesn't have to be complicated/ unpleasant. "Not sure what to do"? "Need someone to talk to"? Who doesn't? An objective unbiased outside view on anything can be helpful for anyone/ any situation- am I right? Your comfort comes first! I have the skills, experience, and tools to help you with whatever you need or help you figure out what it is you even need.
Very laid back and casual. We can get to know each other or dive right in. I'm pretty specialized in making the process easier than you probably ever guessed it could be. People typically leave feeling good, we don't have to talk about anything you don't want to, and I'm big on suggesting things 'you can't really go wrong with' ! It will all make more sense once you start.
My greatest strength hands down is relatability... Which IS actually the biggest predictor of success in therapy- the relationship with the therapist. We can use humor, any kind of language normal to you, while you're sitting anywhere you feel comfy! Grab a snack, we can even speak in song lyrics or memes if you need.
I am authentic and transparent so that you can feel comfortable doing the same! We can't get anywhere if you don't want to talk so comfort is 1st priority. It rarely takes clients more than a few minutes to feel at ease :)

Crysta is absolutely amazing. She is direct and solution oriented and really easy to talk to. I appreciate how dedicated she is and not distracted by various other things. She asks great questions and drives to address what's going on. Absolutely amazing!
