Hello, my name is Paula. I am a licensed mental health counselor, utilizing a variety of evidenced based strategies and techniques to help you with issues that may be hindering you from functioning at your full potential. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize CBT treatment interventions, person centered therapy approaches, as well as goal setting through solution focused strategies. I also intergrate family systems therapy into my sessions. I believe that journaling and music and two powerful tools to help on your healing journey.

I truly believe that connecting with clients on a deeper level of understanding, empathy, and compassion, are the components that make the therapist client relationship thrive. As a therapist, I bring these attributes to the table and I think these qualities are the foundation for clients being successful in therapy.
