I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 12 years of experience providing psychiatric and mental health care. I provide compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. My approach is holistic, considering emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors that may affect overall well-being. I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, supportive therapy, and individualized treatment planning. In-person appointments are available at my Stuart and Port St. Lucie, Florida, offices, along with convenient telehealth appointments Monday through Saturday.

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 12 years of experience, specializing in personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management. Founder of Porter Elite Precision Psychiatry & Wellness Center, dedicated to transforming mental health through compassionate care, precision psychiatry, and individualized treatment that empowers lasting wellness.

As a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran who served for nearly eight years, I understand many of the unique challenges that may affect military members, Veterans, and their families. I strive to provide a supportive and respectful environment where clients feel heard and actively involved in their treatment. I treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and other evidence-based approaches based on each client's individual needs. Pharmacogenomic genetic testing is also available when clinically appropriate. Testing may provide useful information about how genetic differences can influence responses to certain psychiatric medications and can help guide individualized medication decisions. My goal is to work collaboratively with each client to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized, evidence-based mental health care. First session

During your initial appointment, we will begin by establishing a therapeutic connection and conducting a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This includes discussing your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, and personal goals for care. This thorough assessment allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs and develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, and lifestyle recommendations. My priority is to provide a welcoming, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate actively in decisions about your mental health and overall well-being.

Strengths

## What Strengths Do You Bring to Your Sessions? Building a trusting and respectful relationship with my clients is at the heart of my approach to care. I provide a welcoming, professional, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their concerns and feel heard and respected. I recognize that everyone has a unique story, background, and set of experiences, which is why I believe mental health care should never be one-size-fits-all. I provide individualized, inclusive care to clients of all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or Veteran status. With more than 12 years of psychiatric mental health experience, I combine compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based treatment while involving clients in decisions about their care. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and develop a personalized treatment plan that supports each client's needs, goals, and overall quality of life.
