New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a practice based on empathy, support and growth. In my years of practice, I have worked with clients from various backgrounds including individuals coping with life transitions, family stressors, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I have particular experience and interest working with adults who are navigating chronic illness in themselves or loved ones, relationship issues and stages of parenthood.
I recognize that therapy may be intimidating and strive to promote a warm and welcoming environment. Therapy can be a valuable tool to navigate life's changes and challenges. As a wholistic therapist, I draw on what works for you from various therapy models to create a client based, individualized experience. I aim to create an environment that is accessible, responsive and celebratory of each person's individuality. My goal is to support you in finding new ways to experience emotions and harness resiliency.
Whether you want to take better care of yourself or your relationship with an important person, or you want to address a big stressor, I can help you to feel more self-assured and make constructive changes. I meet you in your current stage of life and together we make connections between thoughts and experiences to promote positive outcomes.
