Does starting therapy seem intimidating or you don't know where to start? Are you looking for a therapist who's like talking to a professional friend? Do you want someone warm, endlessly encouraging, interactive, and authentic? Here I am! I've worked with all types of clients but specialize in Gen Z/millenials/Xers and LGBTQIA folks who are dealing with life transitions, relationships, anxiety, depression, parenting, and just LIFE.
My first session is casual and not like ongoing sessions. I review informed consent, ask a lot of questions to get to know you, and share about myself. We'll figure out some goals and what works/doesn't work for you in a therapeutic place.
I primarily use a people-centered, relational approach to therapy with interventions from CBT, mindfulness, ACT, and solution-focused therapies. I’m also passionate about self-care, the mind-body connection, and strengthening coping skills and your existing strengths.
I'm affirming and supportive of all gender identities/expressions, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. As a biracial, Jewish person I understand the need to find a provider who is understanding of intersectionality. I love learning about different cultures. and religions. Meeting people different than myself is one of the greatest gifts of being a therapist.
My typical clients are typically members of the LGBTQIA+ community, college students, millennials, parents, and folks who are high achievers dealing with an inflection point or transition.

Lesli is so great to interact with, so helpful with talking out my concerns and insecurities. I really feel safe trusting Lesli with the difficult feelings and experiences I have had. I feel so much more confident navigating tricky situations in life as they arise since meeting with her and maintaining a consistent therapy relationship.
