PMHNP, 9 years of experience
Hello! I am a Family PMHNP (psychiatric nurse practitioner). I graduated from Georgia State University, earning my Masters of Science in Nursing. I am nationally board certified as a PMHNP (psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner). I help patients gain a new perspective with some supportive therapy and with medications. I enjoy fostering knowledge and empowerment about mental health. I truly care about my patients and always do my best to make them feel better.
In our first session together, I will take the time to learn about you and your goals in treatment. We will come up with a plan together. I will get to know you. Past patients would describe me as east to talk to and a great listener.
I am a compassionate provider that wants to make a positive change. I take my time and get to know you and your goals. I spend a part of the session for questions and teaching.
I love working with young professionals, mid-late life milestone struggles. I have experience with women's issues, men's issues, post-trauma.. Patients that feel depressed or anxious, moody, sleep issues, depression.

She's very easy to talk to, warm and receptive. Could also tell that she's very in touch with how diagnoses and trauma's affect people.

Her smile immediately put me at ease as we worked together towards a solution. Highly recommend to anyone feeling any unease at this process.
The world is often a place we need to create glimmers of light on the positive things that make us smile. I help people refocus their reality to create more gratitude and smiles. Positivity, compassion and a little help from medication can shape your future
