I am an empathetic, strengths-based, client-centered therapist who values meeting people where they are and working collaboratively at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. I have experience working with adults, children, couples, and families addressing concerns such as anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I draw from an integrative approach including CBT/cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT/dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and IFS/internal family systems-informed work to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic relationship. I value creating a space where clients feel supported in exploring both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns, while also developing practical tools they can apply in everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will begin by exploring what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. This includes discussing current challenges, emotional experiences, and any relevant personal or relational history that may help provide context for your concerns. This initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and ask any questions you may have about therapy, the process, or what working together might look like. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will begin identifying themes and possible goals for our work, while also focusing on what feels most supportive in the present moment. Therapy is collaborative, so your input and comfort level guide the direction we take. By the end of the first session, many clients leave with a clearer sense of direction, as well as a growing sense of support and understanding as we begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in safety, trust, and openness. I offer 55-minute virtual therapy sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my integrative and collaborative style. I tailor treatment to each individual using a combination of CBT/cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT/dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and IFS/internal family systems-informed techniques. This allows us to both build practical coping tools and explore deeper emotional patterns that may be contributing to current challenges. Clients often appreciate that my approach is warm, grounded, and paced in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. I focus on helping people increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries with themselves and others, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My goal is to create a safe and honest therapeutic space where clients feel understood while also gently challenged toward meaningful growth. Many clients experience increased clarity, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of self-trust as we work together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy supporting adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship and family stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, grief, caregiving stress, and emotional overwhelm. I especially enjoy working with highly sensitive, insightful, and self-aware individuals who may feel deeply impacted by relationships, family dynamics, or major life changes and are seeking greater balance, clarity, and connection with themselves. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns that are impacting their emotional well-being, relationships, or ability to feel grounded in daily life. I am particularly drawn to individuals who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and are ready to explore both present-day challenges and underlying patterns that may be contributing to distress. I am also passionate about supporting clients who want to build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and develop more self-trust as they move through life transitions and relational challenges.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and practice reframing them in ways that support emotional well-being, healthier coping, and more aligned actions. CBT is integrated in a collaborative, compassionate, and practical way to support lasting growth and change.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate DBT/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I utilize DBT in a compassionate, practical, and individualized way to support clients in navigating anxiety, interpersonal relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions while increasing self-awareness and resilience.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I integrate Internal Family Systems/IFS informed techniques in my work to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen self-compassion, and better understand the different “PARTS” of themselves. I am currently pursuing certification in IFS and thoughtfully integrate this approach to support healing, emotional balance, and inner connection.

Psychodynamic

I apply a psychodynamic approach in my work to help clients gain insight into how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may influence their current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Through deeper self-exploration and reflection, clients can increase self-awareness, process unresolved experiences, and create more meaningful and lasting change.
