My name is Rocky, and I've been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. I've worked in outpatient and inpatient settings including hospitals, residential settings, group homes and shelters. I provide help and support to individuals who want to learn more about themselves, understand what might be getting in their way and how they can manage their stress, anxiety, depression, etc. in healthy ways.
Potential clients can expect that I will listen, collaborate, offer suggestions and feedback while challenging them to move toward the goals they set forth.
First session
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, discuss confidentiality and reason(s) for seeking therapy. Additionally, I will share my therapeutic style of providing therapy and how it may match or not match what you are seeking.

My biggest strengths are listening, collaborating, offering suggestions/feedback and challenging potential clients to reach their treatment goals. My specialty is providing individual therapy to potential clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression and stress.
