I am a Psychiatrist, Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, in practice for over 30 years. My passion is Geriatric Psychiatry, and my work with Grow Therapy is limited to those ages 65 and over. I graduated from Dartmouth Medical School and did my psychiatry residency training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. I'm a current member of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, and a doctorate member of the American Neuropsychiatric Association. PLEASE NOTE: I only see individuals aged 65 and older on Grow Therapy. If an appointment is scheduled for someone younger, it will be canceled. My apologies in advance for being unable to accommodate individuals younger than age 65 on this platform.
Expect a full psychiatric assessment, with a review of current and past psychiatric treatment (if any), and a thorough review of all of your current medications and medical issues (if any). I'll do my best to help you feel comfortable, so I can start to get to know you, and figure out how I can best help you.

I provide psychiatric medication management services, supportive counseling, and medication education to individuals ages 65 and older. I have an interest in working with older individuals (and their families) struggling with memory issues, including dementia, mood disorders, and anxiety. Please note- because my practice is telehealth only, I cannot prescribe controlled substances to patients, including stimulants (ie Adderall, ritalin), benzodiazepines (ie lorazepam, alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam), and sleep medications (ie ambien, sonata). I do prescribe other, non controlled medications for these conditions, but apologize in advance for being unable to assist patients seeking treatment with controlled medications.
