We will start with brief introductions and develop goals in our first session. I always give homework and ways for you to work on self reflection.

I enjoy helping clients see the light at the end of the tunnel and walking step by step with you to see why your life is worth the fight. I specialize in helping women develop a work-life balance and identify true levels of importance in their lives.
