I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Connecticut. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University, and have been in practice for 4 years. I work with culturally and ethnically diverse individuals and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, peer/family relationships, and life transitions to help them build better relationships with themselves and with others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then begin to explore specific challenges you're facing. This will help you and I to develop a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a non-judgmental, strength-based, and collaborative approach. I will help you identify the strengths you already have to support you with your overall growth and improvement.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with all ages, but have turned my focus to adults and their families as they navigate the many transitions they encounter through life's journey; births, deaths, career/career changes, new relationships/ending relationships, empty nest, retirement, and more. Life transitions often result in stress on individuals and the family and they can feel stuck or find it difficult to move forward.
