About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with 5 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, co-parenting stress, addiction, and toxic relationship patterns. I work with motivated individuals—professionals, students, and single mothers—who are ready to break old patterns and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. My approach is skill-based, solution-focused, and down-to-earth, combining clinical expertise with real-world strategies to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what matters most to you. I’ll listen without judgment, ask questions to clarify your goals, and collaborate with you to create a plan that fits your life. You’ll leave with a sense of direction and practical next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine evidence-based therapy with a down-to-earth, relatable approach. I use CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered, and strengths-based strategies to help clients build practical skills, regulate emotions, set boundaries, and break unhelpful patterns. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and create a safe, collaborative space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to take actionable steps toward meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with motivated individuals who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. This includes professionals, high school and college students, and single mothers who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, co-parenting or custody stress, addiction, or toxic relationship patterns. My clients are looking for a skill-based, solution-focused approach and want practical tools to manage emotions, set boundaries, and gain clarity and confidence.
