(she/her)
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, Massachusetts and Virginia with experience supporting adults through ongoing stress and major life transitions. I work with individuals navigating addiction recovery, relationship separation and co-parenting stress, parenting challenges, and long-standing emotional or relational patterns that feel hard to break. My approach is skill-based, solution-focused, and down-to-earth. I combine clinical training with practical, real-world strategies to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and capable of moving forward. I work best with people who are motivated to make changes and want therapy that is supportive, collaborative, and focused on actionable steps. If you don’t see an appointment time that fits your schedule, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
During our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what feels most important right now. I’ll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and help you clarify your goals and priorities. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical next steps and tools that feel realistic and supportive for your life. Most clients leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction and a plan moving forward.
I combine evidence-based therapy with a practical, relatable approach that focuses on real-life application. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, regulate emotions, set boundaries, and shift unhelpful patterns. Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me and appreciate having a therapist who is supportive, honest, and focused on tangible progress. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel understood while also gaining tools you can use outside of session.
I work best with adults who are navigating complex or ongoing life stress and are ready to make meaningful changes. This includes individuals in addiction recovery, those experiencing relationship separation or co-parenting stress, parents feeling overwhelmed by parenting challenges, and people struggling with long-standing emotional or relational patterns. My clients are often looking for a skill-based, solution-focused approach and want practical tools to manage emotions, set healthier boundaries, and feel more confident and steady in their daily lives. I am best positioned to support adults who are motivated, reflective, and open to actively engaging in the therapeutic process.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When patterns of thinking become automatic or negative, they can strongly influence how you feel and respond to situations. In our work together, CBT helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how they impact your emotions and actions, and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. This approach is practical and skill-based, giving you tools to manage emotions more effectively, reduce distress, and make intentional changes in your daily life.

My first session with Jessica was so easy going. I immediately felt relaxed when I walked into the room. She never once made me uncomfortable. She just sat down and listened to me and made me feel that this environment was safe and open to express myself. I’ve never been to therapy so definitely a great first experience. I will definitely be going back to see her!
