I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with 7+ years of working experience in mental healthcare settings and 4 years as a PMHNP. I work closely with clients to help them achieve their full their as they navigate their challenges I obtained my training at the University of Texas- Arlington and I have been practicing in the Austin area. I work collaboratively with clients and their other healthcare provider( s) to provide a unique and personalized treatment plan. In addition to medications, I incorporate holistic approach that include lifestyle changes and psychotherapy.

First session
During our first meeting, We will get to know each other and talk about the presenting concerns. It is during this appointment that I will explain my treatment approach based on on your needs, conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment and together, we will formulate a treatment plan.
