(he/him)
Living life, relating to others, adapting to changing circumstances in a changing world, understanding our needs and desires, communicating those needs and desires to others: these are undertakings that require a degree of self-awareness, self-understanding, and insight into what drives us. It is my hope that I can be of some assistance in your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance. When meeting with me, you will receive friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental support as you do the work of self-exploration, self-reflection, and reintegration of dissociated or fragmented parts of yourself and/or your experiences so that you may undergo a healing process. You will also receive practical suggestions of ways to cope with difficult emotions as they arise throughout the process. I endeavor to create a safe, sacred space for these experiences to occur as well as to ask questions, provide perspective, and make suggestions at times to encourage action or change.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I am an extremely personable and relatable individual. I do my best to communicate non-judgment and to empower my clients.
I would like to see adults, age 18 and over. I am happy to see people of any age, but I particularly enjoy working with transition-age individuals, age 19-25.
