Chasity Chambliss
My name is Chasity Chambliss. I’m a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Virginia. I have been licensed since 2013. I have worked in community mental, a substance abuse facility and the government providing therapy to Veterans. I help clients improve their mental health by helping them achieve their goals. I utilize supportive therapy, CBT, EMDR, nightmare treatment, anger management and stress management to help treat depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, nightmares, sleep problems, substance abuse, grief and life adjustments to help improve their quality of life.
First session
To discuss what’s bringing them in, their goals for treatment, their history of treatment, the frequency they want for treatment.

Ideal clients
The client populations I specialize in are clients ages 18-64 who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-esteem, nightmares, sleep problems, substance abuse, grief, and life adjustments.
Treatment methods
Supportive
I use this treatment to help clients realize their goals, increase their motivation to change behaviors getting in the way of their goals and increase their coping skills to improve their quality of life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I used cognitive behavioral therapy to help restructure negative irrational thoughts and replace with positive rational thinking to change feelings and behaviors to improve depression, anxiety, and social relationships with others.
EMDR
I use EMDR to help process trauma, resolve feelings of guilt, and move from avoidance into acceptance to move on and heal from trauma.
