New to Grow
I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life transitions, using an interpersonal approach that focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, and increasing self-awareness. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to build healthier connections, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space to share what brings them to therapy. We will discuss current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals for treatment so I can better understand their experiences and needs. Clients will also have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my therapeutic approach, and begin developing a plan for moving forward together in a way that feels comfortable, collaborative, and meaningful
My work is shaped by a strong commitment to understanding people within the context of their relationships, life experiences, and personal transitions. I bring a thoughtful, grounded approach that integrates evidence-based interpersonal therapy with a warm, collaborative style that helps clients feel understood and supported. I focus on helping clients recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck and translating insight into practical, meaningful changes in their daily lives.
An ideal client for my practice is someone who is open to self-reflection and motivated to better understand how relationships, communication patterns, and life experiences impact their emotional well-being. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, or depression and are willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process. Together, we work collaboratively to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections with others
Interpersonal
I use Interpersonal Psychotherapy to help clients understand how relationships, communication patterns, and life changes can affect emotional well-being. In our work together, we identify areas of conflict, stress, grief, or transition and develop healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and connecting with others. This approach is practical, supportive, and focused on improving both relationships and overall mood.
