What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients should expect a relaxed environment where they are heard. I feel every person is unique in how they view themselves and their relationships with others. In many ways, our past does impact our present relationships and how we feel. I am here to help you overcome obstacles and give you the tools to help with inevitable problems.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My therapeutic approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal therapy, and Reality therapy; this is often referred to as a Multimodal therapy approach.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is empathy. Defined means: the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of another of either the past or present. I know what it feels like to have anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
