Hi, my name is Taylor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that prefers to use an integrative therapy approach in additional to the strengths based model to tailor treatment plan to client goals. I have been a social worker since 2015 although I completed my Master Social Work degree in 2018. I received my independent LCSW in 2023 and I currently work as an inpatient psychiatry social worker in addition to have this small virtual private practice. I am licensed to see client in both North Carolina and Tennessee. In addition to LCSW, I am a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist-Associate.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session we will get to know each other, expectations, and therapist-client roles. During this first assessment I will complete a biopsychosocial assessment and begin conversations setting treatment goals. I will review confidential rules and regulations in addition to making recommendations regarding frequency of sessions and modality type.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
I can assure you as a therapist I will be respectful, honest, empathetic, caring, compassionate, non-judgmental, open-minded, strength-based and communicative. I do make myself available. If you reach out to me via secure messaging I will return contact in 24-48hrs.
