In our first session with me, clients can expect a thorough and compassionate approach to understanding their health needs. We'll start by discussing their medical history, current concerns, and any symptoms they're experiencing. Ill take time to listen carefully and ask questions to get a complete picture of their health. Together, we'll outline a personalized care plan that addresses their immediate needs and sets the foundation for long-term wellness. My goal is to ensure they feel heard, understood, and comfortable with the next steps in their care. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and other challenges can feel, but you don't have to face them alone. I have recommended on use of CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring and exposure therapy to help patient identify and change negative thought patterns and behavior. Encouraged patient to delve/talk more of those situations that causes anxiety, i.e., if anxiety is the major problem. inform them to keep Journal and recording their feelings about their thoughts throughout the day.
