Hi, I'm Rich. I have dedicated my life to pursuing knowledge that empowers clients to move away from both past and current suffering. Life is challenging, and I'm here to help you navigate and heal your suffering, restoring peace and tranquility to both your heart and your mind. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Whether you're dealing with stress, sleep disorders, depression, trauma, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal in therapy is to create an environment that feels warm, authentic, comfortable, nonjudgmental, and casual (like two kindred spirits). In our first session, we will start by having a casual conversation about your understanding and experiences of therapy. We will establish expectations surrounding therapy sessions, explore what you are struggling with, and come up with a plan to treat your issues and concerns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My niche is unique for I utilize my knowledge in psychology, physiology, and neuroscience to guide my treatment for each client. My niche includes Mind-Body approaches, Trauma-informed treatments, and the use of Neurofeedback.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MS, I specialize in a wide range of areas including anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, depression, dissociative disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, trauma, and more. My approach is rooted in understanding the unique experiences of each individual and tailoring therapy to meet their specific needs.
