Understanding your background is essential for us to use the gathered information to tailor your unique treatment plan. We shall explore your treatment goals as a team. I use cognitive behavioral therapy in my practice to treat or manage mental health conditions and emotional concerns by talking to my clients in a way that helps them confront psychological issues that are based on unhelpful patterns of thinking. I discuss specific problems and set goals for my clients to achieve. I use this method to help my clients learn better ways of coping with their psychological issues to help relieve their symptoms and improve their mental and emotional health, such as depression and anxiety. Sessions are usually between 6 to 20 weekly or fortnightly sessions, each lasting 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the individual's situation.
