Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor residing in North Carolina. I specialize in working with teens and adolescents struggling with anger, adjustment difficulties, defiance, emotional instability, anxiety, and depression. I often focus on being responsible, understanding of making good choices, learning how to manage stress, developing healthy relationships, and charting a path forward. I create a safe space for adolescents and teens by initially working to develop a solid relationship built on trust and sincerity. I offer individual sessions.
