Welcome! If you are looking for a therapist that is easy to talk to, makes you feel at ease, and has over 15 years of experience and expertise.... you found one! Seeking out a therapist is not a sign of weakness, it indicates that you have been dealing with stressors and/or losses, that have become too much for you to manage on your own. I love what I do because I am able to see my clients transform and grow through the therapy process. Whatever you are going through, I can help you regain your emotional and mental well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety and panic attacks. I know how painful and scary severe anxiety can be, as I have experienced it myself. Allow me to help you with my expertise and experience to recover and regain your emotional well-being!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will review what symptoms are most troubling to you and narrow down your goals for therapy. We will focus on symptom reduction, by discussing practical interventions to help you start feeling better as soon as possible.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel what sets me apart and makes me a very good therapist is that I am my "real" self with my clients. I let my personality come through. There is nothing better than being able to make my clients laugh or smile when I share a funny story or observation.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT with the majority of my clients. Learning how to manage your thoughts can help you manage your emotions. For people experiencing anxiety and depression, CBT can be a very effective tool.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic therapy can help you understand how your past experiences influence your current beliefs and behaviors. Having this insight is the first step for making positive changes in your life.
