First session
Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another a little better and I will have some questions in order to get some back ground information. This first session is for both of us to see if we are a good fit for each other. No hard feelings involved as we both want what is best for you.
Strengths
With over 15 years of experience I have come to realize I am an eclectic therapist, there is no one size fits all. We are all unique and so I see you for you! In my experience I have come to know that warmth, humility, sensitivity, and being active in listening and conversing is what really helps in achieving goals. I know that every single one of us has worth, potential for growth, and that we can achieve goals.

Life can be unpredictable and hard, therefore using different approaches makes sense. I feel that using an eclectic approach helps us work together toward your goals. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication and boundaries that can help improve their quality of life. I care deeply about each individual I work with and their growth.
