Ages 12 and up. Anxiety, depression and alcohol abuse are my specialties. Clients that are open and willing who sincerely want to change are vital in successful treatment. Sharing feedback with me about how you are doing. Asking questions and being an active participant is a necessary part of the process. Understanding you are worth the effort and deserve to feel better.
