I'm an experienced therapist with a broad skill set and high success rate. I am compassionate and nonjudgmental but also directive. I am dedicated to my clients and their progress.

I am experienced in supporting clients with complex mental health concerns and have expertise in a few niche areas (i.e. dissociative disorders, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, trauma).

I am experienced in supporting clients with complex mental health concerns and have expertise in a few niche areas (i.e. dissociative disorders, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity, trauma). No matter what the mental health concern, I'm always excited when a client is open to exploring their inner world with an IFS parts work approach.

First session

The initial intake session will involve me asking a variety of questions to get to know you and understand your mental health concerns and goals. We'll get to know each other to see if we'll be a good fit, and you're also welcome to ask me any questions about my experience and approach as a therapist.

Strengths

I find IFS to be a respectful approach that creates lasting change.

Ideal clients

I work well with clients who are open to exploring their mental health concerns at a deeper level.

Treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a parts work approach that helps you get to the root issues of your mental health issues. It involves turning inward and receiving guidance from me to work through emotional baggage, mental blocks, unhealed psychological wounds, and so on.
