As a licensed clinician, I believe in assisting individuals to find their inner strengths and overcoming stressors and overwhelming feelings in everyday life. I focus on anxiety, depression, parenting skills, and life transitions by utilizing Solution focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Person centered, circle of security and Dialectical behavioral therapy. Along with every day stressors, I am trained in and experienced in accelerated resolution therapy ( ART) for current trauma and past trauma.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and your history. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked in the field for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping to identify the main root of the problem/issues and then creating a plan to obtain measurable positive outcomes. Along with identifying the root, there is compassion and understanding for all walks of life, and a calm and very welcoming enviroment.
