Hi, I'm Adriana, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self awareness, and emotional well being. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward your goals. I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and take steps toward the life you want to create.
Our first session is typically more relaxed and conversational. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I may ask questions about your background and current concerns, but there is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we begin identifying goals for our work together.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and authentic, creating a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I focus on understanding the whole person, not just the symptoms, while helping you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in developing greater confidence, resilience, and self awareness throughout your journey.
Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or difficulties navigating overwhelming emotions. My role is to provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to your current struggles while identifying strengths and building practical tools to help you move toward meaningful change. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can develop greater self-awareness, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and reconnect with the version of yourself you want to be. My goal is to help you feel empowered, gain insight, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
