New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist and registered play therapist with extensive experience supporting children and families. I use a warm, humanistic approach grounded in Adlerian principles, integrating play therapy, attachment-based work, and DIRFloortime to meet each child’s unique developmental and emotional needs. I work closely with parents through coaching and guidance, helping them build stronger connections with their children and support meaningful growth at home and beyond.
In our first session, I will review your intake information and take time to understand the reasons you are seeking therapy and the goals you hope to achieve. We will focus on building a warm, empathetic connection while exploring your concerns, and I will share how I can support you or your child moving forward.
What stands out about my approach is the warmth and genuine care I bring to each session, combined with both professional expertise and personal insight as a mother. I strive to deeply understand each child and family’s unique experience, creating a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves freely. I also focus on partnering with parents, offering practical guidance and tools that lead to meaningful, lasting change both in and outside of therapy.
I am best positioned to support children facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including those with neurodevelopmental differences. I work closely with parents through coaching and guidance, helping them better understand and support their child’s needs both at home and in daily interactions. I also specialize in working with very young children with developmental delays, using play-based approaches to strengthen connection, communication, and growth.
Humanistic
I use a humanistic approach grounded in Adlerian principles, emphasizing empathy, encouragement, and the therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I help clients explore their beliefs, gain insight into their life patterns, and develop a stronger sense of belonging and purpose while working toward meaningful change.
Play Therapy
I utilize the power of play as a play therapist to help children express emotions, process experiences, and build stronger connections in a developmentally appropriate way. I also incorporate DIRFloortime to support and treat neurodiverse children.
Attachment-based
I integrate attachment-based therapy to strengthen the parent–child relationship and support the development of secure, healthy emotional bonds.
