I am a Licensed Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with experience supporting children, families, and adults. My work is grounded in a warm, humanistic approach informed by Adlerian principles, integrating play therapy, attachment-based work, and DIR/Floortime to meet each client’s developmental and emotional needs. I partner closely with parents through coaching and guidance to strengthen connection and support growth beyond sessions. I also work with adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders, offering a supportive space for emotional exploration, healing, and personal growth.
In our first session, I will review your intake information and take time to understand the reasons you are seeking therapy and the goals you hope to achieve. We will focus on building a warm, empathetic connection while exploring your concerns.
What stands out about my approach is the warmth and genuine care I bring to each session, along with both professional expertise and personal insight as a mother. I strive to deeply understand each client’s unique experience—whether child, parent, or adult—creating a safe, supportive space for authentic expression, reflection, and growth. I emphasize collaboration, working closely with parents and adult clients to offer practical tools and insights that foster meaningful, lasting change both in and beyond therapy. In my work with adults, I provide a thoughtful, empathetic space to explore emotional experiences, relationships, and life transitions. Using a relational, strengths-based approach, I help individuals recognize patterns, build resilience, and move toward more balanced and fulfilling lives. Across all ages, my goal is to support deeper connection, emotional growth, and lasting change.
I support both adults and children in navigating emotional and relational challenges. With adults, I offer a safe, reflective, and collaborative space to explore life experiences, relationship patterns, and personal growth, helping them gain insight and develop greater emotional awareness and resilience. I work with a relational and strengths-based approach, meeting each individual where they are and supporting meaningful, lasting change. With children, I use developmentally appropriate, play-based and relationship-centered approaches to help them express emotions, process experiences, and build stronger connections. I also work closely with parents through coaching and guidance, helping them better understand and support their child’s needs in everyday moments, strengthening the parent–child relationship along the way.
Humanistic
I use a humanistic approach grounded in Adlerian principles, emphasizing empathy, encouragement, and the therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I help clients explore their beliefs, gain insight into their life patterns, and develop a stronger sense of belonging and purpose while working toward meaningful change.
Play Therapy
While I have a strong foundation in working with children through play therapy, I also work with adults and seniors, using the power of play and a supportive therapeutic approach to help them process emotions, navigate life transitions, and build deeper connections.
Attachment-based
I integrate attachment-based therapy to strengthen the parent–child relationship and foster secure, healthy emotional bonds. I also support adults in understanding their relationships and emotional patterns, creating space for growth and healing.
