Hi, I'm Tiffany I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work in Community Practice from DePaul University. I've spent my career doing one thing I truly love: helping people heal, grow, and rediscover themselves. I work with adults (18+) who are navigating some of life's most difficult moments , such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, and completely tailored to you. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Because therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither are you. Above all, I pride myself on being a space where you can show up exactly as you are; no judgment, no pressure. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely heard and supported, and that's what I bring to every session.
Our first session is an intake, which means it's primarily an information-gathering conversation. I'll ask questions to better understand your background, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also discuss any concerns you have, talk through a recommended treatment approach, and get a sense of the therapeutic modalities that might work best for your goals. It's a bit more structured than the sessions that follow, but it's also the foundation of everything we'll build together. By the end, you'll have a clearer picture of what our work will look like and I'll have what I need to support you well.
Because therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” technique, I use an integrative approach in my practice. The modalities used, include, but are not limited to, EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused. I have experience working with adults who experience difficulty with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, crisis, relationships, coping skills, and trauma.
My background is broad by design. As an LCSW, I've worked with children, adults, individuals, families, and groups and that range of experience has made me a more thoughtful, well-rounded clinician. I bring that depth into every session I hold with my adult clients today. At my core, I'm an empathetic listener who meets clients exactly where they are. I don't come in with a rigid agenda. I respect that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to empower you to show up as your best self. I also believe strongly in psychoeducation, making sure you always have a clear understanding of your diagnosis and symptoms. Because healing is more meaningful when you understand what's happening and why. My clients often leave sessions feeling genuinely heard, informed, and supported and that's something I never take for granted.
I work best with adults (18+) who are ready to do the work, even if they're not sure where to start. My ideal clients are people who feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or a major life change and are looking for a space to process, heal, and grow. You don't need to have all the answers before we begin. If you're open, willing, and ready to invest in yourself, we're likely a great fit.

Our session today really helped me recognize that I am heading in the right direction, even if I feel like I am not.

This was my first session in many years. I feel like I trauma dumped everything, but she was kind and calm and non-judgmental.
