I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of therapy and life coaching experience. I obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees from Howard University in 2015 and have been passionate about serving people and families in need. Therapy is not "one size fits all". In my work with clients, I pride myself on taking the time to understand their story and experience from their perspective. I have the most experience working with ethnic minorities dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, self compassion, and self care.
I primarily work with African American clients, millennials, ethnic minorities, Christian identifying
While I draw from multiple modalities, I find that a compassionate approach is one that remains non-judgemental and promotes forgiveness of self.
